4. Payment Terms

Payment for services must be made in advance of scheduled sessions. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our website. All fees are non-refundable except as specified in our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Prices for our services are subject to change with reasonable notice. Any changes will be communicated to existing clients in advance.

5. Session Scheduling and Cancellation

Sessions must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. We require at least 24 hours' notice for session cancellations or rescheduling.
